We ordered the Jeongdam Special twice, plus an add-on salmon & flounder board. The salmon was thick and melt-in-your-mouth fresh; the tuna (maguro) had a beautiful pink hue with a clean, lean flavor. Uni (sea urchin) was rich and ocean-fresh, and the butter-grilled shrimp steak was hands-down the most crowd-pleasing bite of the night.
