What's Inside — From the Zoo to the Kids Cafe
The 1F zoo is compact but packed with variety: raccoons, foxes, hedgehogs, alpacas, turtles, king snakes, parrots, lizards, mini pigs, hamsters, and a koi pond — over 20 species. A mix of glass tanks and open enclosures means even young children can enjoy safely.
Staff also run special up-close keeper sessions where animals are brought out for viewing. During our visit, a large tortoise was brought out — our child was absolutely fascinated. Check the schedule on their website before your visit!
Kids' Reaction & Highlights — The Feeding Experience Stole the Show
Honestly, our child wrinkled their nose at the smell when we first walked in. But the moment we started the feeding experience, they completely forgot about it. The koi pond was a standout — fish came swarming over the moment food hit the water, and our child's eyes went wide.
Safety & Difficulty — Great for Young Children
Most animal interactions use a feeding-tube system so kids' hands never directly touch the animals. Glass tank exhibits make it safe for toddlers. Keeper-led close-up sessions (alpacas, tortoises) are fully supervised.
Cost Breakdown
Family of 3 (1 adult + 2 children), weekend 2-hour ticket: approx. ₩55,000
5-use feeding ticket: ₩4,000 (no need to go higher — 5 is plenty)
Children 17 months and under: free with documentation
Book online in advance — cheaper than walk-up rates
Honest Downsides
The 2F kids cafe is massive in scale, but the facilities feel under-maintained relative to its size. Some equipment looked worn, and overall it had a 'left to itself' feel. Great for kids who love to run around, but don't expect curated play content.
The 1F → 2F route requires stepping outside to reach the elevator — confusing at first. Better signage would help. Cafe food (fries, hot dogs) is snack-level, not a meal — eat beforehand or nearby.

FAQ
Q. From what age can children enter?
A. Children 17 months and under enter free with documentation. Older children are charged the child admission fee.
Q. If we're just doing the zoo, how many hours do we need?
A. 2 hours is more than enough for the zoo and feeding experiences. Go for 3–4 hours if your child also wants time in the 2F kids cafe.
Q. Is it okay to visit on a rainy day?
A. Yes — both floors are fully indoors. The brief outdoor section between 1F and 2F has a canopy. A compact umbrella is good backup.
Q. Which animals can we feed?
A. Rabbits, koi fish, and parrots. A 5-use ticket lets you spread experiences across all of them comfortably.
Q. How do I find out about the keeper's special sessions?
A. Check the official Zoorarium website or their SNS for the daily schedule before you visit.
